  • Технически чертеж, 3D модел, скица и/или снимка на частите
  • Брой детайли, които желаете да изработим
  • Информация за материала – вид, размери на заготовката и изисквания към обработката
Нашият екип от Варна предлага гъвкави решения за изработка на части и детайли по индивидуални задания.

  • We receive and analyze your inquiry.
  • We discuss the technical parameters of the parts
  • We determine the term and price of CNC machining
  • The client provides the material or we provide it
  • We manufacture the parts with our CNC machines
  • We notify the customer upon completion and arrange delivery.
Ние предлагаме различни опции за получаване на изработените детайли:
  • На място в нашата база в гр. Варна
  • Куриерска услуга (Еконт, Спиди, DHL) – транспортните разходи са за сметка на клиента
За прецизна CNC обработка на части и изработка на метални детайли, приемаме файлове в следните формат:
  • 2D чертежи от AutoCAD (.dwg, .dxf)
  • 3D модели от Solid Works (.sldprt, .sldasm), IGES (.iges, .igs), STEP (.step, .stp), SolidEdge (.par, .asm), Inventor (.ipt, .iam)

If you don't have a ready-made model, we can design it for you based on a provided sample, idea or sketch.
This service is especially useful for clients without experience in CAD/CAM programs, but with a need for precise manufacturing of parts with CNC technologies.
The material for machining the parts is usually provided by the customer.
If you do not have a suitable material, we can offer materials for CNC machining (metal, plastic, etc.) for an additional fee.
Yes, we accept orders for single CNC parts, but the price is higher due to individual file preparation and machine setup.
In mass production, these costs are spread out and the unit price is lower.
We offer CNC machining of various types of metals and their alloys, including:

  • Brass
  • Cast iron
  • Teflon - PTFE

Изработка на CNC детайли по чертеж или модел може да се поръча дистанционно – чрез e-mail, куриер и онлайн комуникация.
