Nikom Techno Ltd. provides professional CNC milling services for the production of precision metal parts. With the help of our DOOSAN DNM 4500 vertical milling center with 4-axis movement, we guarantee high accuracy and quality in the processing of various materials, including aluminum, stainless steel and cast iron. Our team of specialists uses CAD/CAM technologies for design and production, providing individual solutions according to the client's needs.

CNC turning

Nikom Techno Ltd. offers CNC turning of metal parts with high precision and reliability. We have a DOOSAN Puma 2400LY II turning center, which combines milling and drilling operations by including movement along the Y axis, which allows us to manufacture rotary parts with more complex geometry. We work with a wide range of materials - from aluminum and stainless steel to cast iron and brass. We are suitable for both single pieces and serial production of mechanical engineering and industrial components. All parts are manufactured according to a provided physical model, drawing or 3D model using CAD/CAM software.

What if I don't have a drawing or 3D model?

If you don't have a ready-made model, we can design it for you based on a provided sample, idea or sketch.
This service is especially useful for clients without experience in CAD/CAM programs, but with a need for precise manufacturing of parts with CNC technologies.

Who provides the material?

The material for machining the parts is usually provided by the customer.
If you do not have a suitable material, we can offer materials for CNC machining (metal, plastic, etc.) for an additional fee.

Do you accept orders for single items?

Yes, we accept orders for single CNC parts, but the price is higher due to individual file preparation and machine setup.
In mass production, these costs are spread out and the unit price is lower.
